Our Story

Koye Rhodes, AKA the Pit Master – founder of Rhodes BBQ Shack has a vision. Great tasting, good value food cooked in a traditional Southern Barbecue Style.

Barbecue in this sense does not mean charcoal and wet summers. This food is not grilled. It is cooked in the "Pit" a specialist, wood-burning smoker that smokes and flavours slowly and at low temperature.

All our food is cooked "Low and Slow".

We serve our meats dipped in our unique Memphis BBQ sauce, sprinkled with Rhodes Magic Dust barbecue powder. It then becomes a delicious culinary experience when eating, served with your choice of any of our freshly made sides.
